Personally, I think it is pointless to have a weather widget on my site, which may only tell you what the weather was like yesterday or today. More advanced ones might give you a forecast but why bother when you can

go to a great specialist site such as Weather Underground? Not only a forecast with graphics, but lots of lovely maps where you can see the wind direction, visibility, temperature and even gives pilot data. There is also local weather station reports. I’m not bothering to compete with that!

I am sure there are others just as good but here’s a start for the uninitiated. (Alicante)
