About two months on from going to the doc’s in the UK about my lump and I have not yet received notice of an appointment, never mind had an appointment. Good job it isn’t serious (I hope). So the moral is:

Man’s favourite hobby is feeling his private parts, which is good, because if you get a lump, like I did you know about it. The healthcare received here was outstanding and a visit to the local clinic got things moving at an alarmingly quick rate
